I think 2 years now?! Feels like yesterday

My favorite part of working at SPENGA?
 
The members are such a blast to workout with, the format gives you a little bit of everything and I love the music (because I get to pick it out )

Favorite format?

I love REP and classic Spenga!

What made you get involved in fitness or instructing?

After playing college soccer (BOILER UP!) I wanted to stay in around fitness with a team environment.
