
October Member of the Month: Tiffany O'Conner
1) Tell us about yourself and how you got started on your fitness journey
Between working two jobs and trying to finish grad school I wasn't taking any time for myself. Working in healthcare during the pandemic has definitely taken a toll on my body. I told myself once the gyms opened after quarantine, I would try to find something I liked and go as much as I could. Spenga sounded really unique to me with the three 20 minute sessions.
2) How did you hear about SPENGA?
I actually saw it on a Facebook ad!
3) What is your favorite thing about SPENGA?
The essential oils! I also like that I can get cardio, strength, and flexibility all in one workout. I like the energy of everyone trying their best together and how it is you v. you. Every instructor is so kind and encouraging!
4) What changes have you noticed since starting at SPENGA?
I have lost 19 lbs in a little over 2 months and have definitely noticed I am getting stronger and have more energy. I have more than double my sweet spot on the bike. Every time I increase my sweet spot I think I'll never beat this, but I keep getting stronger and increasing it!
5) What is your favorite time to take a SPENGA session?
I take evening sessions mostly. I like winding down with yoga before going to bed and taking out the frustrations of the day with a good werkout.
6) What kind of music do you like most in your werkouts?
Anything and everything Drake!
